PURPOSE & MISSION
Favor's Mentoring program was founded by Visionary, Dale Christine Broome for EXCEPTIONAL young ladies (ages 18-36) who unknowingly WEAR the mark of GREATNESS. Favor is committed to helping to identify & usher these young ladies into Elegance & Excellence.

Young ladies,
Regardless of your circumstances, know that EXCELLENCE awaits you. However, it is NOT automatic, but MUST be cultivated. If you are a young lady who desires to be mentored into Elegance and Excellence, feel free to drop us a line via our contact form. Selectees will be limited to 5 young ladies at a time, as the idea is to keep each group small (no more than 10), where each young lady can receive individualized and customized attention.
Must be committed to 1 year of mentorship.
